MagicPlanner by Luminari is an approved ESA / EFA vendor in Arizona, Arkansas, Utah, West Virginia, and New Hampshire.
ESA and PEP Users. To comply with state funding rules, the full 10-month school year payment is due upfront at enrollment.
Private Pay. Monthly payments are processed via automatic debit on your enrollment date each month. By enrolling you authorize Luminari to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. When you enroll, we begin working. That work starts on day one and cannot be undone.
All ESA and PEP payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable for the enrolled school year.
If paying with state scholarship funds, you must submit an invoice for the entire year.
Because the work is underway from the moment you join, we are unable to issue refunds or release families from enrollment mid-year.

Private-pay families are billed on a monthly automatic debit, processed on your enrollment date each month.
You may cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future charges.
We do not issue refunds for any month that has already been billed. This includes your current billing period at the time of cancellation and all prior months of enrollment.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
